23Elite Designs was created in Arlington

Texas on May 1998 to produce and personalize a wide range of plastic cards. Quality

has always been important to us and we strive to produce a product that raises the bar

for others in the market. Our equipment can print specific PMS colors or CYMK values

so that you get the color you want. We’ve built a solid wholesale business based on

delivering a quality product.

We have an expansive product line that includes pre-printed gift cards, loyalty cards,

membership cards, ID Badges, and key-tags. These cards can be customized with

features such as a magstripe, barcode, pin code (or any variable data), and a scratch off

surface. We also can print a variety of other shapes, up to a 12” x 18” sheet.

For special projects we have some exciting new shapes for 2008. The AR80 is an

arched CR80 format card, it is slightly taller than a standard card but maintains the

standard width. It’s the card that “Stands Up and Stands Out”. We also offer new this

year the RCR80 which is the standard height and width, but with an avant garde

rounded edge. Both of these are shown on the “Special Shapes” page.

Additionally, we offer plastic card accessory items such as lanyards, and holders, printer

consumables (such as ribbon and ink), plastic card printing equipment (Zebra and Evolis

to name a few), and card personalization software. Our hand held card counters are

very popular and affordable.
